I have been following GNS out of interest but am happy to be on the sidelines. With respect to GNSPA maximum conversion does apply. Refer an old post of mine:
"Refer announcement dated 19/11/2009:
"Gunns Limited recently completed a rights issue. This rights issue affects the maximum conversion number and minimum conversion number for FORESTS. The revised conversion numbers are as follows:
Maximum conversion number 421.7 (previously 407.9)
Minimum conversation number 19.2 (previously 18.6)"
What this means is the full $100 face value of GNSPA is supported by an ordinary security price of 23.7c."
