Working on the basis that Shell got 70% and left FAR with 20%, this means shell acquired 77% of FAR's total holding.
If FAR was still in with Hunt and Shell wrangled the same percentage grab, FAR's 30% would have been reduced to 7%, and Hunt would have been sliced to 14%.
If this was the best offer on the table, probably one of the reasons Hunt pulled out.
