Here's a few reasons to buy and why the price down.
The market is very worried that Hart is doing a deal in the dairy industry. This could involve slotting his NZ dairy business into BPC
The cashflows of this business remain substantial, so they will always be able to pay their bills, further, Hart is always one to buy cashflow businesses
There is talk around that with some restructuring of NZ dairy business, there may be some kind of JV formed and that venture then making a bid for NFD.
There was a delay in the issuance of shares on the back of an Options Exercise (125m shares) and consequently there is a fair bit of stock floating around.
In the end, investors are backing Hart more than anything else, but I feel that this represents a period of temporary price weakness and most likely represents a good buying opportunity.
