    7 day RSI on monthly chart just starting to rise from oversold position (below 30%). The last time the RSI moved up from oversold position in July 2009 the shareprice ran from 2.9c to 10.5c. Interesting to note it is now July 2011 and the price is 2.8c....history repeating ?
