At 1/1/21 OVT had $39m cash - if you look at its latest quarterly cashflow statement it had negative cashflow of $15m for the 3 months to 31/3/21 and only $15.3m left after paying off some of its scheduled debt. The cashflow states on page 6 that the board may sell off some of its assets/businesses in order to continue its operations.
IGL stopped buying back shares a month ago. I wonder is it in discussions about buying any OVT assets/businesses.
Could IGL be buying Ovt assets?
