    what is going on with their costs? their employment figures have almost doubling and they're measuring them as a function of sales income, are they linked? if they are, they'll never make a profit, very worrying. I wonder what their CAC is.

    Their presentation pack is awful btw, way too much information and scarily aside from the headline sales figure,they don't look great.
