Look a simple question, why is he doing the takeover when nothing has started and therefore sp is at it lowest.

And forget about his fancy terms of clawback and any other rubbish.
It don't matter what the company is called, under his plan it will be majority owned by Pensador people.
So it is a reverse takeover.

and if it is based on valuations the lower the CVI sp the more CVI Pensador get, I seem to repeat myself but am worried many do not get it.

Some just say give him yet more time, how much more does he want.
He don't seem to have any answers, or he wont tell us, he should be working for us, with us, but I cannot see it.

He has continued to give Gloabl stock to work against us, why, and are these new free shares more stock to work against us.
