No offence intended, but regarding your line stating:

It seems to me that you don't get it. You keep sprouting the same lines yet are still a holder? I have never seen anyone so disappointing and disillusioned with a company and it's management yet still persist in holding on to their shares.

If you really meant and believed what you say all day long, than you would simply sell and not worry about it anymore.

You say you hold it for the assets, but without the right management and the right relationships, it does not matter what assets you potentially have, it will be worthless without the right direction.

And clearly you see this company as having the wrong management and the wrong direction and the wrong relationships, so why do you still hold?
