    Hi MadMax,

    Sorry but MS must be in management control of CVI. CVI has a Board of Directors and MS is their appointed CEO. I have seen nothing to suggest that he has lost BoD support.

    I can assure you that even a large shareholder can't over-ride a CEO without a formal Board decision. It just doesn't work that way.

    MS is the man in charge; No doubt about that.
