too many unknowns at this point to say... as I read the initial pensador ann funding of projects retained by CVI is not dependant on clawback. Funding is to happen before clawback is exercised. If in the worst case pensador has an out and withdraws that part of the deal we still have mineral assets that can either be developed with other funding sources or sold off...
