That timeframe of late Oct/Early November appears about right. The seed capital has been raised and obviously the advisors are working on the prospectus. It normally takes around 2-3 months for a prospectus to be put together.

It is a fantastic capital markets environment to be assembling a Energy float. Tasman management must be appauled for their timing and the assembly of the appropriate assets for Eden Energy.

As for Tasman, the drill bit will be doing the talking. Fantastic dirt near "Olympic Dam", all we need now is a good "hit".
