....That one of the other two Artemis partners, MOG-CUE, refuses to sign the farminee agreement in order to spoil the "Party", which ultimate will mean the revoking of any agreement, in order to bring in a New Farminee who may have proposed much better a deal?
Of-course MEO "does not know anything about all these developments"....

Consider this: In today's environment, anything agreed would much FAVOUR MEO and its partners (MOG-CUE), rather then the existing Farminee, who 9 months ago definitely was in a position to somehow dictate terms.....

PS.Having said the above, I still, like all of us, prefer a speedy and amicable agreement with the current Farminee and arrangements...The saga is dragging on to long...
