I think it will take 3 cracks at 10 cents before it breaks through and stays there. Its already had one crack. If the option is taken up before this occurs then it will smash through. I believe it will be mid August after the board meeting. Im not sure why people are saying mid July; Shell negoatiated 90 days for a reason. Happy to be wrong but more than unlikely that we will have news in July. European holidays or Quarterly's will have no bearing on when an ann is made. It is when the data is collated, analysed and interpreted, recommendations made and board ratification.
But to answer your question, yes it will break 10 cents but may take a few weeks to consolidate over this barrier.
