When did the AFR ever yell CNPs praises this year? I assume they must have for you to take such a cynical stance which would be funny (mildly) if its consequences on your decision making skills wern't so tragic. I pop up in these threads to give weight to the counter argument you buyers have and have been doing so since prices you only dream about now which is also tragic.
The aspects pressuring the bankers on CNP will not be mitigated by their desire to avoid write downs and those same aspects will gain much more weight next year as the ceo himself admits this week. You no doubt buy his argument that they can avoid losses by diversification but when most of the assets are in one country which is on the verge of debt induced dollar deflation the result is simply beyond all of our experiences.
