    A Singapore-based substantial shareholder has issues with LML's Indain JV partner Mineral Enterprises. He is dead set against the rights issue which would take ME to 19.99 per cent, not withstanding the fact he proposed going beyond 20 per cent when LML managent met with him in Singapore early this year.
    My understanding is that LML is seeking legal advice but there's a fair chance the rights issue in its current form will be pulled.
    Seems LML doesn't fancy the barny between Singapore and India being aired at an EGM.
