    What we know now is our buyer is cashed up obviously Terry has agreed to give them more time it's telling me he has picked our buyer wisely someone who can drill quick and effectively. The land is that hot right now it's value is increasing all the time and if this is our base to launch all of our upcoming announcments from double digits will be here sooner than we think.
