Well, as an investor, I couldn't be happier; a growing interest in the county, 10mill to be paid soon and the balance on conclusion of the deal, and in the mean time if the US reporting season and economic data keep on improving between now and then - this only further adds to a further potential uplift in the sp once its done - and a good consolidation in the mean time.
