    "Samson is actively in negotiations with several industry partners concerning a possible sale transaction that would reduce its equity in its Goshen County acreage whilst retaining a significant stake in the project"

    10/06/10- 'SPP Extended'

    25/06/10- 'Samson agrees to sell part of Goshen County Project' Announcement

    05/07/10- 'Share Purchase Plan Oversubscribed'

    So about 10 days after SPP announced Samson informs the market they are in negotiations, then SPP extended, Sale announced from Silent Auction, SPP oversubscribed
