J Perram delivered, but in reverse!

Despite best efforts of massive (all 5) show of member opposition,
the settlement was accepted by the good judge, who obviously did not wish to rock
the well entrenched obelisk to judicial PIF prejudice.

I recited all 4 previous PIF judicial prejudices, posted here but a few days ago,
alas, no recognition detected.
The good Judge gave 15 Feb 2015 to publish his 4 reasons why PIF deserves
this judicial prejudice.
