CNNC as part of the deal takes 25 percent of the output and they can have first chance to buy more at spot price. Other than that they can lock in contracts with anyone. Cameco has joint ventures/ joint ownership with Kazakh/Russians yet you wouldnt expect that to negatively affect their ability to contract out their pounds.
