A major part of this will be their financial achievements and objectives (ie. forecasts). Just look at NOR, they are touting about $465k in revenue SP jumped 15% intraday today; we already know PSF revenue was enough to cancel a $7mil CR; imagine the market reaction to that... Im calling TH Tuesday, Gary will have had plenty of time to complete!
