I do wonder why these confluence of factors are not being priced in?
Well, to be honest, it starts to look like an exchange of shares at slow pace at a prearranged price level, supply at 15 cents, which is in two or three bursts bought up during trading day.
This would explain the suppressed price levels and this will only change once swap is either done or news overtake events. But I would guess that things will wrap up prior to news or markedly accelerate.
