Your gonna have to be patient but I wouldn't worry about the current share price weakness because I think you've landed on your feet. I was waiting for confirmation that the upcoming FDA meeting to discuss AAV vectors could potentially be a watershed moment in the RNA therapeutics and gene therapy space. The meeting could well establish parameters going forward that will significantly contribute to the scientific argument that modulating the cells own gene expression (RNA therapeutics) will produce better patient outcomes than augmenting gene expression through gene therapy utilising AAV vectors.

Yet, in the bigger picture its more than just toxicity. Its the ability to re-dose patients. AAV vectors carry the notorious reputation of inducing the production of antibodies that render future use totally ineffective. In fact, some patients already carry antibodies against AAV vectors.

It appears that within the industry there is intense speculation about the outcome of the meeting. Although it may not curtail the use of AAV vectors it will invariably raise a warning flag about the continued use of high dosage rates.
