The revelance of the 15 cents share price seems to confirm itself the longer we are parked here.
In my opinion, a MC of just below 500 mil is the negotiating point for funding commitments on milestone achievements.
I only ever have seen a stock parked at a heavily discounted price so close to news in a case of a TO or funding arrangements to be put in place.
MC target after funding ( this is why we were numerously invited to biotech banks and biotech investor meetings lately) is 1.5 bil.
Only question in my mind is, how will this funding be arranged?
I would presume that some ownership/ director positions on board might be on the
cards.
We are definitely not primed for a CR, that was done last year and price pumped prior to 20 cents to raise at 17 cents.
To be parked below that level with so much news to be expected, which will create proof of concept is telling the story.
