IMO from what I have heard and read, the innuendos; the rumours; the wishful thinking, the only likely contents of the update is that they are still waiting for the MDA in QLD and are continuing to move ahead with NSW. Have a look at the volume of CXA's on the buy side; poised, waiting for discounted shares. Remember that CXA's are BIG investors who can afford to wait it out, so when the dump comes they won't be hurting.

You say no way that the Dept itself is causing the slow approval, but others not providing info to them in a timely fashion could be the reason. And then the pump and dump theory, sorry i can't find any pumping going on!! where is it, I am missing it and the theory on approval time, well what can i say?
