Not trashing the management . These guys will get the job done . Without quality management further raisings down the track will get increasingly harder . I bet MBL are involved with the raising based on the quality of the management . Have a look at the no . of small explorers MBL backs .. not many . I am betting they will raise 15 mill ... not 12 ..
