Remember in launching space craft the rocket sheds 90% of its weight in the first 90secs but doesn't achieve the escape velocity 11,183 metres per second until after the second stage booster.
Its not rocket science but ...... it is rocket science! (If you want to go to the moon), I though have always fancied Enceladus!

Second stage booster is being in the zone of AISC (All in sustainable cost), and I think we know where that is now.
