referendums are significant events, few and far between for a reason and impossible to win without universal support which this never had.
they are not to be used as some flimsy, market testing, time consuming, speculative, political exercise.
the latest farnsy experiment has gone down like a led balloon and not some miracle rescue mission as hoped.
