If the lenders wait for an advanced reading on 2nd trial......and it is successful they could make 4 x the loan
If the lenders don't want to wait.....there is enough money in kitty to pay back the loan
I know what I would do in their position....wait for 2nd trial results
No doubt Regal will want this to happen as they own 30% of company
if not the company will be wound up, the shorters will lose their money, the holders will lose their money and the lenders will receive back it's loan
