Unmasking before the predetermined time of completion would be a major concern! The trial was designed to run the course its meant to run for a reason - hopefully, a good reason! Interfering affects the validity of the results - vis a vis, the original objectives of the design. Afterall, the two trials were designed to be independent - so why compromise Trial 2?
It adds to the whole raising the spectre of voluntary administration following a single trial failure (out of two trials) when a failure to meet endpoints was never supposed to break the company! Very strange.
And now, missing the ASX deadline to resume trading… with zero communication to the market? This is really bad!
It doesn’t feel like a simple case of a clinical trial missing its endpoints. It may well be that the DFA Investors are playing hardball - but I think something else that's really bad happened, and they need to get to the bottom of it.
Good luck to all.
