    IMO this CR counts out RSG for a CDV move ... sigh.

    I have never seen a merger/acquisition whereby the TO party has moved to raise required funds with a CR before actually announcing the deal. Back to PRU, Kinross, Gold Fields etc I reckon, still in the game.
