It's a risk mitigation strategy for me. Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of sitting $20,000 in PDN for the next 2-3 years awaiting confirmation of funding. FYI I'll be taking the 25% I sold out of and buying the currently undervalued APX. I've got a target price of $45 over the next 12-18 months.
