IIRC the half life is 8 - 12 hours; they didn't give a point estimate.
Let's say 12 hours.
If give 10 mg twice daily, the plasma concentrations in each 12 hour block are:
10 down to 5
15 down to 7.5
17.5 down to 8.75
18.75 down to 9.375
19.375 down to 9.6825
19.6825 down to 9.84125
etc
tending assypmtotically to
20 down to 10 as required.
