It won't happen overnight, give it 12 months to see stockpile reductions and price rises.
Now is the time for POS to aquire ground then spend the next 12-18 months drilling the crap out of it and build up resources in timing for the next cycle. No problems getting rigs now!
When you look at it this downturn can work in their favour. Time for them to take out the sick and vulnerable which is what they are doing.
