I'd suggest the MOU and your point actually back up my theory.
SGL are they buyer/trader, it's the JV's, the separate companies that are the manufactures or end-users.
As I said it's purely speculation at this point, my research is ongoing and this is the only reason I haven't released it. It's a work in progress. But they do fit the mould, including the demand for secrecy (Susanne Klatten is notorious for protecting her private/business interests).
But after all that is what this forum is for, theories, because once proved, well it moves to the media.
