Could someone explain this POK to me please

1. POK is trading at 15.5c now but they want to raise $10 mil at 10C a share, is that right? What am i missing here? Will there be any share consolidation etc after the raising like e.g.: 2 existing POK equals to 3 New Buddy IPO shares etc!
2. Does existing POK shareholders get a look into the IPO for allocations?
3. They said $2.5 mil or so for Buy Back! from whom?
4. Which Broker or Brokers is doing the raising?
5. What will you gain if you buy POK today? You are virtually paying $0.16 to buy a $0.10 share at the IPO price! Right? So the market must be expecting the 10c IPO SP might go to like 25c or so on open similar to 1PG and RFN etc?
6. Any other key news I need to know!!!
