    There is no share consolidation.
    There is no IPO.

    The 'Change to Nature and Scale of Activities', CR (up to $12.5m), SPP (up to $2.5m) etc will be voted on at the AGM. Shareholders will be able to apply for $15,000 in the SPP if it goes ahead.
