    Nathan, we all know you read HC. Why don't you post something and give us an explanation or could one of you ring him (as I cannot bring myself to do it) and post?

    We had 20 million (almost) flow through on the close. It is being managed. We have a seller but there are buyers. Management need to give an explanation.
