Could it be possible to get major shareholders and remaining directors to have an egm to disuss whether sti was worth/could be saved. For a start a new managing director with clout could enable STI to raise funds.

Perhaps TMC and pharma plant could somehow be dropped with minimal debt to STI and get STI back to focus on national, kha, salbutamol, immunoxel and HDA.

Almost certain Peter Boonen has visions to shaft shareholders with immunoxel and HDA......possible to fight back?
