No deals are going to happen before BFS.
ive been hearing advanced negotiations for the last two years..
it was my fault though, Joe just drumming up support for SP.
no Japanese firm will sign a deal before BFS! They are conservative people.
COB need to move and get BFS, only then will cob move on to being a producer.
