In the unlikely event that the current opposition in Malaysia wins the next election, could they really just kick Lynas out? Would it violate some kind of international laws or trade agreements?
Wouldn't they need to go to court to do it? Surely you can't just call up the local police / army and shut down a massive plant like that without due process?
