Surely Aspen would want the deal to be done earlier than 4 weeks especially with a new Director who is more than keen to show them the door.
Mark Hooper could jump through the 'takeover' hoop or the 'rebuild the company' hoop but either way and it would be a win win for him and share holders under 60 cents.
