sigma offer competiters a dominant position in the pharma industry - both retail and manufacturing.

really suprised if no other parties come to the table, especially private equity etc.

i think the reason that aspen were given exclusivity despite a low ball offer is so that they could see the value in SIP and maybe even increase their offer.

anyway only one more week to go before we find out our fate. just hope the major share holders are lobbying for a higher price. buying at 50 cents i suspect the downside is possibly 10 cents and the upside 10 - 30 cents.
