    You have raised some interesting points chuck.

    I remember the outrage when Bill Clinton called the punishment of Michael Fay excessive after what he did in Singapore.

    Even though President Bill Clinton had gas chambers in his own country when he tried to defend Fay.

    The fact is the rule of law is a sovereign thing.

    If you kill people via people smuggling, it's shouldn't be considered an accident. The smugglers should be tried and charged with murder.
