You may care to consider the consequences of spilling the board now.

There  is no doubt that a change of board would occur because RC has already said he and the other directors will resign if the NO vote gets up.

Whether he would resign on a s249D notice being served may or may not occur and he may tough it out till the vote on the MB offer.

Plus if you toss him out on a s249D notice, you MAY be playing into his hands as some one needs to check his employment contract and determine if he gets paid for the balance of his contract (approx 2 years) and importantly his 60 million options.

So be very careful and join and listen to the CPSA, not the lunatic fringe calling for all sorts of knee jerk reactions that may be detrimental action.

Stand united and wait till the CPSA releases any announcement.
