    I think a special dividend would be the case as well if they have sold it and AGS continues. Anything short of that just wouldn't be right.

    Lazyguns the longterm price only got to around $100, nobody values a deposit on the spot price. I don't know if IG would want to wait 20-30yrs for true value? If the price is right I think he would take it. They have a shopping centre to expand.
