as jason1 said above given the Chile announcement AGS will not be going away. Personally I would have preferred a clean cut takeover as I think given AGS's other deposits near Broken Hill this would have yielded the best return to shareholders. It was also in line with what I thought was AGS's reason for divesting Maldon.

Maybe we are all underestimating the Chile announcement. While I have never been suprised by the upside of a TH I hope this is the first time!
