Agree that from a technical perspective things look better than they have in quite some time. To me it looks like the falling wedge pattern has now been broken and pretty much at the same time the MACD has crossed to positive, stochastic turned positive and we have just come off of being oversold......fundamentals aside, technicals indicate low risk entry point now.
Of course only my opinion. Will try post a chart to explain in pictures.
