Hey I checked with someone who trades on Mumbai stock exchange BSE and he mentioned that there is no rule on BSE where a company has to go in TH before release of price sensitive news. In BSE there is a 20% circuit breaker which puts the company inTH if the price movements increase or decrease by 20%
