trading halt request documents are typically "negotiated" with the company's asx listings officer.
if it is a capital raising, they invariably say so.
my HOPE is that ACL agreed a particularly bland announcement on the basis that they didn't want to affect trading in Dr Reddy's.
this is consistent with the FDA having given a hand signal that approval is imminent.
